Advanced Organization Academy is a training series for growing and mature downtown and commercial district revitalization organizations. Developed by Stephanie Redman and Donna Ann Harris, this series of six training workshops are all centered on the Organization point of the Main Street Four Point Approach pioneered by the National Trust Main Street Center. This blog will augment our training programs, and allow us to provide additional information for clients, potential participants and seek feedback from folks in the Main Street world. Advanced Organization Academy

Welcome to the Advanced Organization Academy Blog. Stephanie Redman and Donna Ann Harris have created this blog to coincide with the launch of our training effort for downtown and commecial district revitalization clients nationwide.

Our blog will cover issues related to the Organization point of the Main Street Four Point Approach of the National Trust Main Street Center. We will highlight articles, commentary, funny stories and practical advice for managers, volunteers and the general public who are passionate about their downtown districts and want them to thrive.

Stephanie and Donna have more than 35 years of collective Main Street experience and love helping downtown organizations perform better.

We created the Advanced Organization Academy to help growing and mature downtown organizations to reach their potential.
